Founded over 100 years ago and steeped in Baltimore’s rich traditions, Nusinov Smith LLP maintains its founding father’s mission to serve the estates and trusts needs of their clientele.
The Firm continues to increase its concentration in estate, trust and fiduciary litigation, while maintaining its established strengths in estate planning and trust and guardianship administration.
The Firm’s tradition began in the late nineteenth century with Abraham H. Fisher, who was a judge before becoming a lawyer. Following early career pursuits in private corporate enterprises, Charles S. Winner became an associate of the Firm in 1968. In 1971 he was made a partner of the Firm, and its name became Fisher & Winner.
Jeffrey E. Nusinov, managing partner of Fisher & Winner since 2006, continues to lead the firm and Norman L. Smith was elevated to named partner in 2015. As the practice concentrations of the Firm have grown, it has remained steadfast in its century-old tradition of personal warmth and professional dedication.
